Questions
Straight answers before you apply.
How much does it cost?
Every plan is custom, based on your area, volume, and platforms. We'll walk you through it on a 10-minute call after you apply.
Why is it application only?
We keep a small roster so every agent gets real attention, and we only work with one agent per area.
What happens after I apply?
We review it, and if it is a fit we schedule a 10-minute call.
Do I need to be good on camera?
No. We guide the conversation with questions, so it feels like talking to a colleague, not performing. Most people relax within the first few minutes, and we edit out the rest.
How much do I have to film?
One guided session a month, about [FILL IN] long. No weekly shoots and no filming yourself on your phone. You get the topics ahead of time so you show up prepared.
Do you post for me?
Yes. We schedule and post to your platforms for you. You review each batch once before anything goes live.
Will my brokerage info be on the posts?
Yes. We include your brokerage information and follow your brokerage's advertising requirements.
Can I post my own content too?
Of course. It is your account and your voice. Post a listing, a quick update, or a moment from your day whenever you like. We just make sure the steady base is always there.
What if I don't like a video?
Tell us. Each batch includes one round of revisions, so we fix what is not right before it goes out.
Do you do property tours?
Yes. Property tour videos can be part of your plan, filmed when a listing is ready. We cover the details on the call.
Is there a contract?
Plans run month to month after a 3 month minimum, so there is enough time to build real momentum. We go over the details on the call.
Can you do this for my whole brokerage?
We start with you, the individual agent. Brokerage setups are quoted separately, so mention it on the call if that is on your mind.
